You haven’t really been there until You’ve eaten the food

You Really Haven’t Been There Until You’ve Eaten the Food explores how food reveals the heart of every place Keith visits. As shared in the preface, Keith believes that the quickest and most authentic way to understand a community is through its sensory history, found not only in restaurants but in simple homes, everyday kitchens, backyard grills, and gatherings across generations. The book celebrates the powerful connections that form when people prepare, share, and experience food together.
